Always no frills, fast and efficient processing of my order. They usually deliver on a Monday and Thursday for Discovery Bay, and the last time, I had no more dog food left, and they especially arranged for the next day FREE delivery (which was not on their usual delivery days), and I'm so grateful for how to go out of their way to please.
