I received a message that my order “has been shipped” within minutes of submitting my order online, but the delivery didn’t actually arrive until 2 days later. The phrase “has been shipped” should mean it’s already on the road and I should make arrangements for someone at home that day to answer the door. Either the message is misleading or the staff are simply clicking away these messages. Other than that, service is generally fine.
