Absolutely draconian return policy and uncaring customer service.
We attempted to return an item within 7 days of delivery in original packaging and in "as new" condition and were denied a return. When we wrote another email explaining that they purchase had been made within 7 days of delivery, our subsequent emails went ignored and unanswered.
We will never purchase anything else from this miserable, unresponsive and dishonest company.
