Disappointing. I ordered two water bottles for my two small dogs. The picture on the website showed the bottles were for small dogs however when the product arrived they were for large dogs. Nowhere on the product page does it state what type of dog it is for and therefore I went by the photo. I contacted the customer service and although prompt with their replies, it was left up to me to ask if I could return for a refund. Also I was never offered free postage return even though the product issue was not my fault. Therefore this was at my own expense. Very disappointing and experience
