Order did not ship when it should have, and to this day (Jan 3rd), the courier is showing expected delivery as December 32st.
No reply from Wolsey customer service on this, so the next step will be issuing a chargeback via my bank.
This was my first order with Wolsey, and safe to say it will also be the last - an awful experience.
