“Was really excited these jeans, however sizing was off. Frustratingly had to pay for delivery and returns - would be beneficial for an online only retailer to cater for these new customers trying your brand. Makes re-purchasing hard / expensive.”

“The shopping exerience was efficient and quick. However, the socks I purchased although they look great the fit is not good. I think they are old as for size 6 - 8.5 and I am a size 8 and they are too large for me. The heel of the sock actually rides up my lower foot - disappointing”
