“I bought these for my son as a gift. He needed the next size down, but there seemed no way to do an exchange. So his wife had to simply return them and we will now have to re-order, but she had to pay for the return. This doesnt encourage me to buy from Wolsey again. If there is a justifiable reason to return something it feels wrong to have to go through this rigmarole and pay for it.”
