“Sent goods that were marked (looked to be pen marked on the leg pocket) returned as faulty / damaged and I was required to pay for return postage - poor customer service and practice by Wolsey.”

“Polo shirt very nice, but instead of the old disreet logo embroider in, it is now a logo embroidered with a black quite hard scratchy patch inside which sits on your chest and irritates. who comes up with these ideas but perhaps they should wear them and enjoy the scratchy bit !!!”

I have been in contact with yourselves regarding the status of the order, and been told it is an issue with the courier. I don't believe i should have to wait for this to be resolved and that a new order should be dispatched asap, it could take days for this to be resolved!”
