“I accept that the retailer is not obliged to offer more than 14 days to return a product. However, I was disappointed that I was not offered the option to exchange either when I contacted them 16 days post delivery.”
Hi Bridget, thank you for this feedback, as explained we did put an extended returns policy in place for the festive period, however your return fell outside this.
