“I ordered 2 sizes. A large and an XL. The L was much bigger than the XL so none were any good then I had to spend £5 to return the items ! Disappointed”

“I bought some trouser twice! The first pair had a fastener come loose but I liked the fit I sent them back. I then ridiculously bought the trousers again and the fastener was loose again! I’m not sure if they sent me the same pair back to me but as the metal fastening came loose this morning after putting them on for the first time and I naively threw out the delivery pack and return form back a couple of days ago ancut the label out this morning
I blame myself in part for buying the same low quality trousers. However pretty shocking that a company with a royal mark makes either a) low quality stuff and b) sends the same faulty trousers out

“Order did not ship when it should have, and to this day (Jan 3rd), the courier is showing expected delivery as December 32st.
No reply from Wolsey customer service on this, so the next step will be issuing a chargeback via my bank.
This was my first order with Wolsey, and safe to say it will also be the last - an awful experience.”

“The purchase and delivery of products was quick and easy, but the actual quality of goods was very disappointing indeed. I was surprised at just how poor the 'commuter coat' was, as in the photos it looked like a good piece, if the RRP of £350 was anything to go by. Would £87 actually prove to be a bargain? Sadly, no it wasn't. The fabric felt plastic-like, it offered very little wool content (less than 10%) for a winter coat, which meant the synthetic content was way above average. The inner lining was poorly stitched and the inner pocket had already ripped open. I'm not sure whether this was made in Turkey or Thailand, but for Wolsey to have a Royal Warrant nowadays is practically fraud. Please improve! Please bring manufacturing back to the UK and make your products worthy of ownership.”
