“Sent goods that were marked (looked to be pen marked on the leg pocket) returned as faulty / damaged and I was required to pay for return postage - poor customer service and practice by Wolsey.”

“Hi, I would have given 4 star but based on my current situation with a n outstanding order i have gone for 2, i placed 2 seperate orders on 5th July, the second order arrived but i'm still waiting for the first.
I have been in contact with yourselves regarding the status of the order, and been told it is an issue with the courier. I don't believe i should have to wait for this to be resolved and that a new order should be dispatched asap, it could take days for this to be resolved!”

“Hi there. Thanks for asking. I left a note with my return. I already have 2 pairs of the trousers I ordered. Unfortunately this pair appears to have been mislabelled. They were 2 inches smaller in the waist and thigh and 2 inches shorter too. Seems the quality control guys let you down on this occasion. I am disappointed and uncertain whether to try to re-order this item. I love the brand in general but this was a bad experience.”

“I’ve had the coat from October. Design and fit is lovely. However severe bobbling all along the arms of the coat. Prior to Christmas I’d used the coat 2/3 a week and it’s not been dry cleaned, so I have to say I’m really disappointed in the quality considering I’ve not used it much. A coat of this cost should maintain a lot longer.”
“Bought a cardigan at a huge discount but would’ve been disappointed at full price. The stitching in places wasn’t great for a company that is steeped in history and carries a royal warrant.

Was advised to return and order again if i wanted to change the size, which meant more hassle and paying for postage twice. Returned instead without re-ordering.”
