“My experience was very good, I ordered the wrong size in error and contacted customer services to change prior to delivery which they did for me. Unfortunately the jeans didn’t fit so I had to return; I haven’t received a refund yet so can’t give 5 stars !”
“The shopping exerience was efficient and quick. However, the socks I purchased although they look great the fit is not good. I think they are old as for size 6 - 8.5 and I am a size 8 and they are too large for me. The heel of the sock actually rides up my lower foot - disappointing”

“Polo shirt very nice, but instead of the old disreet logo embroider in, it is now a logo embroidered with a black quite hard scratchy patch inside which sits on your chest and irritates. who comes up with these ideas but perhaps they should wear them and enjoy the scratchy bit !!!”
