I'm a slim guy 125lbs 5foot 10inches. But using this everyday for the past 5 months has helped me stay energized and able to stay focused during the work day. I work in a warehouse on night shift and usually life 5lbs-75lb boxes all day and I'm easily able to lift for 10-12hrs with little to no pain at all. I also take this will multivitamins,creatine and a lot of water everyday. Thiis MK 677 I bought from them is really good, works nicely to me and you you have good people guys.
