I have barely been using it for a couple of weeks; sometimes I forget to take it daily, but the couple of times I have taken it, I can tell the difference. My stamina is up. It hasn't had any effects on my skin or any allergic reactions to it, so that's a plus. It's really easy to use; take it once or twice per day. I have to get into the habit of taking it every day to see if I can obtain better results. But so far, so good. This RAD 140 is great stuff. I will purchase again and maybe come back to give an updated review.
