I started feeling tired and sore and was on my recovery week from the gym, so I decided to start taking Mk 677 as it was recommended to me. I take it once in the morning and once before bed, but I’d say take it 30 minutes before a workout, and you’ll feel the energy and stamina. Either way, I feel good and stronger, which also helps with sleep. This is really great stuff I am so happy I finally had the urge to take it. This is really great stuff it really works for me, and the customer service is great. I'm happy, thank you guys!
