Good products, customer support is always available, great prices, BUT their shipping gives me pause everytime I place an order. Domestic isn't bad, but it seems like the orders sit in their warehouse with the label prepared for days at time, it ends up takeing 2 weeks to get something should take a couple of days- forget about international, their tracking is unreliable and when you finally get the product after a month it looks like it's been run over by a truck.
They would get 5 stars if they could get their shipping straight.
