Unhappy with the customer service. It took over a week to hear back from them regarding my request for a refund. This company also do not stock a Size 6 as it is a "low seller" and will also expect you to pay for return postage. Do not buy if you are smaller than a 7. Shoes are too expensive for them not to provide the right size or at least return postage. I also left a previous review which was altered before it was published to include "I love these shoes" at the start, which I did not write. I will never purchase from this company again.
