Very dependable smoker, easy to clean, large enough to accommodate almost anything I want to smoke. Pellet capacity is large enough to smoke a large brisket overnight. Aside from smoking meat, I enjoy making jerky with the Yoder. I have owned mine since late 2018 and aside from a small thermostat issue it has performed flawlessly.
