Bought the 640 with the comp. Cart after selling a kidney and half of my liver.
I’ve used charcoal, wood and other pellet smokers in the past. Seriously if you can afford one get one, seriously a game changer. First go I did pork and beef ribs and they were hands down my best work ( or Yoders) on top of an amazing smoker you can get 0% financing for 6 months to lessen the blow. Built like a tank, post smoke clean up is as about as easy as it gets. Get one….. Seriously
