I am very displeased with my order. I have been a loyal customer for 4 years now and couldn't believe how much the quality and overall packaging have gone downhill. the last 2 times I ordered my extensions came in a nice box even with a small shampoo/conditioner and replenish spray. this time around my $200 hair extensions came in a BAG. I am truly upset about this and will not be buying again.
