“Colours and quality have changed and very dissatisfied. Glue is used on the tapings is a very poor quality also they used to come in boxes with all the Hair care products and stuff now they just come in just a plastic sleeve. Ridiculous for the money you spend. I’m over it.😡 I regularly order every month or morebut I’m now seriously thinking about changing who I buy from. I cannot get into my account. I have to purchase as a visitor. I’m sick of this site You have gone downhill.🤬”

“I am very displeased with my order. I have been a loyal customer for 4 years now and couldn't believe how much the quality and overall packaging have gone downhill. the last 2 times I ordered my extensions came in a nice box even with a small shampoo/conditioner and replenish spray. this time around my $200 hair extensions came in a BAG. “Unsure why the extensions have changed, no option to have the normal tape rather than the “invisible” which might I add is not actually any better, they sit on the head weird thicker and uncomfortable, the shedding is insane, the tapes are not sticky, slip and fall out.
I have used zala hair for over 10 years- they are now unaffordable given it was almost 1500.
If I could take them out and send them back for a complete refund I absolutely would. But we know I’ll get is a 10% voucher for my next purchase”
