Arrived much faster compared to past orders! I've purchased roughly a dozen & a half pieces from Zala. However, the last 3 ponytails I've received are noticeably thinner & shed more frequently. I also wish they'd bring back the higher points to cash rewards!

This is how my order was sent to me. You spend $600 on hair and you get it thrown in the bag like this?? Where’s the box with the shampoo , conditioner etc ? This is the second time this has happened. Hopefully the expensive hair doesn’t Matt like last time. . Or this will be my last order

I have worn zala hair extentions for 5 years. I have just purchase another solvent and not only has the price has over double increased from $23.99 to $50. I will be looking for alternatives.

I was disappointed all my points had disappeared I had planned to use them one day. I don’t use any other brand but I also don’t have a need to but extensions often as I look after them. Anyways that was pretty sucky.

I’ve been buying for 5 years now and seems to me like the quality has gone down. What happened to when they came in a box with samples? ordered a blonde color ring and ordered extensions that best matched what was on the ring. color was not the same as what it showed to be on the ring. extensions are more pricy and seem to get frizzy easier now. Still love them and was able to fix color issue. Just not the same

My extensions came in a plastic bag, rubber banded together… when I first purchased extensions they came in a box with some care instructions and products…

Since when have we started being charged an international transaction fee on our orders??? And since when are have we started waiting for days for our to still stating “ ready to be shipped” I am hoping the extensions are as good quality as they were before these changes. Have to see when the eventually get shipped and arrive

I have ordered extensions in the past and am happy with the quality of hair, although disappointed with the packaging this time around. Why did you take away the boxes?? It gave a more personalised and professional finish, especially being a hairdresser and using/reccomending your products.
