Colours and quality have changed and very dissatisfied. Glue is used on the tapings is a very poor quality also they used to come in boxes with all the Hair care products and stuff now they just come in just a plastic sleeve. Ridiculous for the money you spend. I’m over it.😡 I regularly order every month or morebut I’m now seriously thinking about changing who I buy from. I cannot get into my account. I have to purchase as a visitor. I’m sick of this site You have gone downhill.🤬

Unsure why the extensions have changed, no option to have the normal tape rather than the “invisible” which might I add is not actually any better, they sit on the head weird thicker and uncomfortable, the shedding is insane, the tapes are not sticky, slip and fall out. I have used zala hair for over 10 years- they are now unaffordable given it was almost 1500. If I could take them out and send them back for a complete refund I absolutely would. But we know I’ll get is a 10% voucher for my next purchase

I was told next day delivery and I have not received my order as yet and I.am unable to track it. I need it for my daughter's wedding this week. I.will be asking for a refund if I do not receive my order.

Very disappointed in the quality of the hair. Came in cheap plastic bag, it used to come in a nice box with extras. I’ve used Zala for 4 years. Probably won’t anymore!

Where are my 2 hair orders!!!! I paid 2 business day last week. First the web would not work. Spent so much time with chat and fubally ordered. But …… no delivery. Pray it comes ASAP. my appt for Hair is Thursday. And I paid to have it shipped asap. 🙏🏻😭

VERY DISAPPOINTED! I search for halo; clip ins; 3 sizes of pony tails; and various weft sizes to finally find out that the color I have purchased for years has been discontinued. Therefore, Ai purchased what I could and began my search for another Remy hair source which I found... Name Brand Wigs. I have purchased from them for as long as I have purchased from Zala but never noticed their inventory was so vast. My recent purchase will be my last.

You didn’t send me the extensions I payed for, I only received the colour weel and not the actually extensions so I would like a refund for this.

Used the colour match service and sent 3 pictures of my blonde hair to be recommended “champagne blonde” only to be sent light brown hair extensions… what an absolute joke! Don’t waste your time or money!

I have been with zala for a wrote a few years. I have known zala is a cheaper brand. You can not do much with the previous extensions ( before going hybrid), you can't color them or they bunch up, some people can't even go longer then 8 weeks with out replacing cause the hair isn't quality hair. But the price for these compared to top line ones it's ok. However these hybrid wefts. They are no good. They are single layered not double or triple bound. That means more work for the Stylist and more money cause of more time it takes. I will not continue with these.

Since you lived to new website your service and answering questions in chat is terrible. I don’t get answers and now all my Zala dollars are gone and cost of your products has drastically increased. Will be finding new supplier. Colours in blonde on your website are all the same also so doesn’t provide clarity and I ordered the wrong colour because of this

I accidentally placed an order which I then tried to cancel 1 hour later. No response from the team. The order was shipped. I have asked for them to allow me to return the item for a full return. They are yet to respond. Customer service is appalling. Won’t order again.

Didn’t look like the colour from the picture and far from it. The hair looks grey! Also it came in a plastic bag rather than the normal Zala box I always get and didn’t come with little shampoo and conditioner

I am dumbfounded by how my zala hair extensions were delivered to me I’ve ordered from zala more than 3 times and I’ve always received a box with hair care products included but after spending 250+ on 20inch hair extensions and for it to be delivered loosely in the packaging just by itself makes it look so cheap and not worth the money I will not be buying from this company again
