Unsure why the extensions have changed, no option to have the normal tape rather than the “invisible” which might I add is not actually any better, they sit on the head weird thicker and uncomfortable, the shedding is insane, the tapes are not sticky, slip and fall out.
I have used zala hair for over 10 years- they are now unaffordable given it was almost 1500.
If I could take them out and send them back for a complete refund I absolutely would. But we know I’ll get is a 10% voucher for my next purchase
