“I was very happy with the product, it arrived promptly and on time for the event. The quality of the piece was very good and looked amazing on the night. The recommended colour was out of stock at time of purchase, so I purchased two, one a shade darker and the other a shade lighter than recommended with the intent to return whichever was not used. I did return the unused item promptly and I was notified it was received in your warehouse 13 days ago now and I am yet to receive my refund. The website states the return should be processed with 3-5 business days of its return. I am wondering how much longer the refund will take to be processed?”

“Great product for price when you catch a sale, if not, I find the prices high for the quality. I’ve had several orders come in with the same shade just different products and each looked very different. Shipping is always very fast though and the zala dollars are nice though I wish there was more of a reward for customers who buy here regularly.”

“Very quick delivery, and very happy with what l received, l just had to get 26 inch as all the other lengths where sold out and had been for 4 weeks in the colour l wanted.”
