I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. This is the second time I have encountered an issue with my order #389829. I paid for two-day shipping, and I expected my hair extensions to arrive by June 12th. However, according to the tracking information 9400150105501005292933 delivery is not scheduled until Monday, June 16th.

I have bought ZALA hair extensions in the past multiple times and have been really impressed with the quality and packaging. The ZALA box that the hair was protected in was amazing!, came with care instructions and everything. However, I have just purchased nearly $400 worth of extensions and was shocked and very disappointed to find that these were delivered unprotected in a black plastic bag… no packaging whatsoever, no care instructions! What has happened ???? Photos provided of how they came this time vs the old packaging they used to come in!

I’ve spent thousands of dollars with your company over the past ten years. I’ve sent referrals. However, I recently experienced terrible customer service experience. I have 16k points… but for what? Y’all changed the coupon allotment. Also, the quality of the extensions has GREATLY and extremely declined-hence me reaching out about them falling out immediately after installing them. Instead of sending me a new set I had to get mine removed and had to spend more money… to send the hair back. After spending the amount of money I’ve spent with this company - I’ll never recommend these extensions ever again. Super sad that these are no longer from Australia and the amazing quality that they used to be. Keep cutting corners… I promise people are talking about the terrible quality of these extensions. And instead of just sending me new extensions- I had to pay to have them removed and all y’all sent was a little bottle of shampoo? Wow. Check out the followers I have. The right thing to do would have been to send at least another pack of hair. I miss the old zala.

I was very happy with the product, it arrived promptly and on time for the event. The quality of the piece was very good and looked amazing on the night. The recommended colour was out of stock at time of purchase, so I purchased two, one a shade darker and the other a shade lighter than recommended with the intent to return whichever was not used. I did return the unused item promptly and I was notified it was received in your warehouse 13 days ago now and I am yet to receive my refund. The website states the return should be processed with 3-5 business days of its return. I am wondering how much longer the refund will take to be processed?

I am extremely frustrated as I have been trying to purchase the 12" hair extensions in Sunkissed. It has been sold out for a number of weeks. I have sent 3 messages to Zala asking when the product will be back in stock, but I have not had a reply. Terrible customer service!!!!!

I have been buy zala hair extensions for years and this time around I couldn't get the 20inch as it was now only offering 18inch or 22inch went with the 18 because the picture made the 22inch look way to long ans when they came they didnt even look 18inch The hair just doesn't feel or look the same it's giving a very cheap vibe
