“I was very disappointed . The packaging was not the usual packaging.
It was in the plastic hanger and shoved in a post bag. I expected to have the original packaging with the treatment shampoo like you used to send.
I was going to buy more extension but not any more . This is not cheap I expected better service.”

“The quality of your hair is inconsistent. The extra long extensions are softer and silkier than the shorter ones. I took mine out after 2 weeks. My coworkers hair stop looks great.”

“Since when have we started being charged an international transaction fee on our orders??? And since when are have we started waiting for days for our to still stating “ ready to be shipped”
I am hoping the extensions are as good quality as they were before these changes. Have to see when the eventually get shipped and arrive”

“Honestly zala hair extensions itself are nothing short of amazing! From the colour schemes down to quality. I never shop elsewhere however abit angered this time round paying for same day delivery yet several days later I needed to verify and give my licence, provide bank statement proof etc due to security which is fine. Then was advised it would be released to dispatch, to then only receive another email more days later advising myself that it’s no longer in stock and has been pre ordered for me… for something that was in stock & ready to be same day delivered to now Being advised there is nothing in stock and if I want hair faster to get a different set.. major turn off!! Annoyed as ever but yeah the hair is still pretty good. Just a real frustrating and unlucky situation”
