Honestly zala hair extensions itself are nothing short of amazing! From the colour schemes down to quality. I never shop elsewhere however abit angered this time round paying for same day delivery yet several days later I needed to verify and give my licence, provide bank statement proof etc due to security which is fine. Then was advised it would be released to dispatch, to then only receive another email more days later advising myself that it’s no longer in stock and has been pre ordered for me… for something that was in stock & ready to be same day delivered to now Being advised there is nothing in stock and if I want hair faster to get a different set.. major turn off!! Annoyed as ever but yeah the hair is still pretty good. Just a real frustrating and unlucky situation
