I purchased a few items from your website and they are all great, aside from one item.
I ordered a matching set- silver heart bracelet and necklace. The bracelet is fine but the necklace is completely tarnished and looks awful.
I took them both in (with the receipt) to the Eastland store as was told it’s definitely not right and I absolutely shouldn’t have received it like that, but there was nothing she could do because I bought them online. She said I’d have to contact the website and explain the state in which I received the necklace.
Both items are for gifts and there is no way I can give them now.
I’m not after a refund, I’m just after a replacement necklace to be able to give the gift as a set.
If someone could please get in contact with me to resolve the situation that would be greatly appreciated.
