“Website is terrible. Not user friendly at all. If my daughter didn't want this particular bracelet from Zamels I would not have persisted on the website to find it again to purchase it. I am an very efficient user of website but Zamels on the scale if 1 to 10 is a 4”

“I purchased a product online and received confirmation that it had been shipped. The next day, I was contacted by Zamels, who informed me they had sent the wrong item and would send the correct one in the interim. I requested a photo and description of the mistakenly sent item since I might want to buy it as well. A week later, I received an email reminding me to return the incorrect item. They insisted they wouldn't send my correct order until the wrong one was returned. While I understand their concerns about risk, it became frustrating to get an image of the incorrect parcel, as I didn't want to open it unnecessarily. After about two weeks, I finally received the wrong item, but it arrived too late for the birthday gift I intended it for. I had to go to the post office to return it, and shortly after, I got an email confirming that my correct parcel had been posted. I still haven’t received my order and am extremely disappointed with Zamels' service. I felt unfairly blamed for the situation, despite it being their error. I also had to purchase a different birthday gift to celebrate the occasion.”

“I received my new watch at an excellent price and delivery was also very prompt. Although I did place my order through my Raiz account and as yet haven't received my Raiz rewards. Maybe zamels are slower than most in processing rewards. So I'll wait and see.”

“My on-line order was not to my satisfaction when I opened the package. The item was very beautiful but way too small for my requirements. I was permitted to swap this item for another piece of jewellry in store. My new piece is a necklace with 7 rings in 3T on a 9C gold chain. It is a very feminine and delicate piece. I am very grateful to the On-line Sales Team for allowing this transaction. Thank you.”
