I was disappointed with the earrings in particular the actual size they where very small. In the photo advertisement they presented larger. More appropriate for adolescents

Item came with a scratch on it. I had a local jeweller polish it out as I had very little time before the gift recipient’s birthday. Delivery time was fast!

Website is terrible. Not user friendly at all. If my daughter didn't want this particular bracelet from Zamels I would not have persisted on the website to find it again to purchase it. I am an very efficient user of website but Zamels on the scale if 1 to 10 is a 4

A bit disappointed in the purchase & the earrings. Re: the purchase, I tried to use my welcome voucher after purchasing the matching necklace. It wouldn't work & I was promised it would be fixed when I rang. Ony to be told after some time it would'nt be fixed.

Earring I got are lovey. The customer service is not great. Emailed 4 time and Called twice just asking for a gift receipt.

Terrible experience with shipping and receiving my products. I had to follow up 3 x times and took 3 and a half weeks. Will not purchase online again

I will never shop online again. The process is so draining. Paid for express post didn’t happen. Send ring back and still don’t have refund this was in December

Jewellery was nice but disappointed didn’t receive a Zamel’s bag for each of the Zamel’s jewellery pieces I bought, especially since they are meant for gifts. Emailed them about it but no reply’s and no extra gift bags given.

Four items purchased and put in untied suede zamels bag wrapped in tissue paper sealed with zamels sticker. 1. Earrings presented in plastic ziplock bag - ok. 2. 3 chain bracelet presented in another zip lock bag, tangled - Um yeah. 3. Fine gold chain found in tissue paper - was originally expensive guys!! Not even a ziplock bag. 4. Another expensive bracelet found in tissue paper with not even a ziplock bag. Presentation and care 0.

Very disappointed the online order I received was totally wrong and by the time I received my correct order my mother had already had her 80th birthday so I did not have her gift in time for her birthday!

I purchased a few items from your website and they are all great, aside from one item. I ordered a matching set- silver heart bracelet and necklace. The bracelet is fine but the necklace is completely tarnished and looks awful. I took them both in (with the receipt) to the Eastland store as was told it’s definitely not right and I absolutely shouldn’t have received it like that, but there was nothing she could do because I bought them online. She said I’d have to contact the website and explain the state in which I received the necklace. Both items are for gifts and there is no way I can give them now. I’m not after a refund, I’m just after a replacement necklace to be able to give the gift as a set. If someone could please get in contact with me to resolve the situation that would be greatly appreciated. Kind regards, Jessica Stewart.

Unfortunately I have issues with watch it tends to discount from phone at 25% battery it wont count the steps lately it wont even give reading on my sleeping pattern. I can even get a face reading from watch when I touch to see the time... I have given up from this watch.. I could get fixed but I live in a town with no post and I would have drive 20 min to get one... so now I'm looking for a new watch.. this watch only few months old..
