What a ripoff. They are cheaply made earrings. Let's just say. If I saw them inside the jewellery shop. I wouldn't buy them. What a waste of my money. They look cheap and nasty. I hate them. Zammels should be ashamed of themselves for selling such rubbish.

Ordered 2 pairs of earrings and only received one pair Phoned and explained and I still havnt received the 2nd pair of a refund Customer service was extremely poor

Terrible. I bought a baby bracelet for my new granddaughter, delivered to her home in Sydney. When it arrived it was tarnished and not in good condition. My daughter took it to a store nearby where the staff were unhelpful and uninterested. Terrible service. Will not be using Zamels again!

I ordered an earring set for my granddaughter- they came in a velour teddy bear box, the box had big chunks out of it. Unfortunately I live on an island and I am unable to go into a store to return it and I got it for an occasion so I also didn’t have the time to send it back. Extremely disappointed with how the item arrived.

I wouldn’t even give one star. Still have not received my item from 21 Dec. you didn’t reply to my emails until I logged a complaint through PayPal. Shocking service will never buy from You again!

I purchased a product online and received confirmation that it had been shipped. The next day, I was contacted by Zamels, who informed me they had sent the wrong item and would send the correct one in the interim. I requested a photo and description of the mistakenly sent item since I might want to buy it as well. A week later, I received an email reminding me to return the incorrect item. They insisted they wouldn't send my correct order until the wrong one was returned. While I understand their concerns about risk, it became frustrating to get an image of the incorrect parcel, as I didn't want to open it unnecessarily. After about two weeks, I finally received the wrong item, but it arrived too late for the birthday gift I intended it for. I had to go to the post office to return it, and shortly after, I got an email confirming that my correct parcel had been posted. I still haven’t received my order and am extremely disappointed with Zamels' service. I felt unfairly blamed for the situation, despite it being their error. I also had to purchase a different birthday gift to celebrate the occasion.

The worst experience I've had in 15 years of shopping online,took 5 days to send only after inquiry made then another 9 days to arrive after 2 inquiries and had NO bonus earrings included. Not happy ,rob

Paid for express postage. Wasn’t shipped for 4 days and arrived 9 business days after order. Nearly two weeks from order to delivery inc weekend!!! Arrived to late for the birthday present but was purchased for

When I entered the store there were two workers talking and looking at the computer. I asked about a particular item. They weren't very friendly nor helpful. They told me they didn't have the item but I could buy it on line. I did, the item arrived but it didn't fit properly so I returned to the store to get a refund or exchange. I was told online purchases need to be returned to the online store, they couldn't help me in store at all. Mind you, whenever I've walked past or entered this store there are no other customers. The staff needs better training on customer care. I wouldn't visit this store again.

Considering I received the wrong order, have contacted Zamels and provided all the details they required and am still yet to hear back days later, this review is prettt poor. First time purchasing from them and very disappointed. Not only have I not received my order, the communication from them is also very poor! I have no idea what to do with the order I have received nor do I know if my order will actually ever arrive.

Quite disappointed , I ordered four 33 cms emojinis, out of four onky two arrived and one is still awaited as they got the store a wrong size, no update yet from the store as well from the people online.

APPAULING CUSTOMER SERVICE! My partner brought me the Sterling Silver 0.05 CARAT tw of Diamonds Wave Hinged Bangle for valentines day as a gift. I put it on and it kept popping undone and falling off. Took it into Zamel's and they sent it away to get examined by their jeweler. They got back to us and said that it had been forced and that we had to pay for it to be repaired ($75). Obviously my partner wasn't able to try it on when he purchased it, they didn't care and were not willing to help in any way. Definitely wont be shopping here ever again.

I have not received my online purchase and it has been over 2 weeks. The customer contact number just hangs up and the email service is appalling. Never again
