Sent me a fake bracelet, rusty and dirty, i sent them pictures they said it is because of me wearing it while i only just received it. Wanted to return they ignored my emails no customer support and no acknowledgement of their mistakes. I had to pay for the return of THEIR FAULTY PRODUCT.

The short of it. Ordered online, went to store to pick up, they didn't have order. Was told I'd be called day later to collect when order in. Had to end up calling myself 2days later (tried about 4 times prior and phone rings out) and was told everything was ready to pick up. Got to store, items missing from order. Replaced with something of similar value. Whole experience was utter trash and so unprofessional, first and last time I'll ever shop at Zamels, customer service is non existent when trying to call. Perhaps no one in store was my sign that no one wants to shop there!

Watch is laggy not usefull for a smart watch. No sound , you cannot answer phone calls only allows you to hang up. This is a waste of money . Zamels store refused for refund or exchange . Im now needing to furthur dispute the issue.

The earrings were received quickly and look very pretty, but unfortunately the earrings don't stay in my wife's ears! There is only a small bar (I don't know the correct name) that pushes through the earlobe and there is no retention for it, so it slides out again almost immediately. Almost lost one after the first 10 minutes. Note that I have not yet tried to contact Zamels about this yet, so they might sort this out quickly.

My earrings were tarnished and poor quality. Quite a disappointing Xmas Gift that I picked. My husband was upset ...it was opened infront of everyone. I prefer to go to a jewellery shop and see the product before purchase. This just proves that buying online can be disappointing.

Service is terrible. My online order took 6 weeks to arrive after it had sat in the store to be posted the WHOLE time- staff member confirmed. I also got a tracking number which never moved from the store. I had to make multiple calls to head office to chase the order up and make xmas cut off for delivery, which in the end I received the last day!!! Absolutely useless. Will never buy from them again. Lazy, disorganised and had my money for the 4 items I paid for and didnt care!! Never again. Shop with someone else!!!!!!

I was very disappointed about the state of the jewellery I ordered. I don’t think it was even checked before it was sent to me. I emailed about it and I was told I have to take the item into the store to get it cleaned. I ordered it online for the convenience and now it’s a big inconvenience. Very poor service.

Order took 3 weeks. 6 items came in one bag instead of 6 bags. 3 necklaces came with pendant only and no chain as shown on the website. Customer service was rude and refused to rectify this. You’ve lost a customer.

Stone fell out of the ring within 1 week of purchase. Got a replacement sent and the same thing happened. In the process of fighting for a full refund.

They sold me an expensive chain, it broke after a short while due to the type of extension it gives, they initially promise me a refund, then ghost me for months before I start to follow up on the chain, again I'm promised a refund by the manager. then she starts to dodge me when I call with a follow up, head office REFUSE to even speak to me and only offer an exchange like 8 months later and try to blame me for the fault that's in THEIR product due to the very BAD quality that they charge a lot for. BOYCOTT them. Disgusting customer service AND products. Absolutely shameful how they treat loyal customers who purchase from them. Definitely won't ever step foot and will be telling ALOT of people about this bad experience. PS they still have my money and chain.

Dealt with a bunch of charlatans who lack any integrity. Returned an online bangle purchase by express post 12 hours after receiving it to be told it was outside allowed timeframe (14 days). Rubbish - was all evidenced in my Australia Post tracking. I was also accused of wearing the bangle & scratching & bending it out of shape. Unbelievable - the ‘inspection’ was competed in Adelaide, although the bangle had been sent from ACT. I tried it on for a matter of minutes before deciding it was too large, returning it to the packaging & posting as soon as APO opened at 8.30am the following morning. There is no recourse to dispute their lies, so clearly they have developed this as their modus operandi. I will register this complaint with the consumer protection group to ensure data is collected on this awful business & hopefully action taken eventually - judging by the volume of dreadful reviews, I am just one of many. I sure wish I’d read the reviews before dealing with them. Expensive mistake. Please don’t purchase from this business
