Dealt with a bunch of charlatans who lack any integrity. Returned an online bangle purchase by express post 12 hours after receiving it to be told it was outside allowed timeframe (14 days). Rubbish - was all evidenced in my Australia Post tracking. I was also accused of wearing the bangle & scratching & bending it out of shape. Unbelievable - the ‘inspection’ was competed in Adelaide, although the bangle had been sent from ACT. I tried it on for a matter of minutes before deciding it was too large, returning it to the packaging & posting as soon as APO opened at 8.30am the following morning. There is no recourse to dispute their lies, so clearly they have developed this as their modus operandi. I will register this complaint with the consumer protection group to ensure data is collected on this awful business & hopefully action taken eventually - judging by the volume of dreadful reviews, I am just one of many. I sure wish I’d read the reviews before dealing with them. Expensive mistake. Please don’t purchase from this business
