I bought 4 of these because sterling silver ones are hard to find but they bend quite easily and i think a safety pin is more sturdier. If they werent on sale i dont think i wouldve purchased them. They didnt have measurments on their site it just said that they were sterling silver. Theyre smaller than i though. Whole pin is 2.7cm, the circle pendant is 1.2cm and the evil eye is 8mm. It took 10 days for it to then ship I have other jewellery from Zamels that are great quality but yeah wouldve passed on this if i was able to see it in store at the time

This was a special order as I couldn’t buy the ring in the size I needed in store. It was for my vow renewals hubby and I had organised for an upcoming cruise. Ordered 10 weeks before the trip and after trying to order it for 3 weeks via several emails it was in progress. The ring was great but it did not arrive until I left for my vow renewal. I did contact them and ask for express postage as I received the tracking number but after 5 days it had still not been collected. To say I was disappointed was an understatement.

It took nearly 3 weeks to arrive after purchasing and communication was non existent. I was so looking forward to the new pink and blue hoop earrings that I had purchased, but when they arrived they were the tiniest earrings I'd ever seen. There was no sizing in the details of these earrings and the photo definitely showed them being much larger than they are. So I am extremely disappointed in my purchase.

Absolutely loved the staff at the NSW Macarthur shop. I even went online to purchase more stuff but unfortunately that’s where the good review stops! I ordered a few hundred dollars worth of stuff and I am still waiting more than 3 weeks on

Products themselves are nice. Shipping took 2-3 weeks and items were sent separately. No communication from Zamels, nor was it made known at time of ordering that pieces must not have been in stock.

Purchased some items online during their sale, it is the longest fulfilment time I have experienced in over a decade. I received purchases I made from overseas faster than Zamels performed. Not only did it take weeks to even receive contact, but that contact told me that they did not have something in the size that it showed on Internet. Items then arrived over a week after that. Very poor focus on customer.

I received my new watch at an excellent price and delivery was also very prompt. Although I did place my order through my Raiz account and as yet haven't received my Raiz rewards. Maybe zamels are slower than most in processing rewards. So I'll wait and see.

I ordered and paid for 5 pairs of earrings on 29/6/24. Only received 3 pairs in mid August. Still trying to contact customer service but no response to phone calls or emails.

Jewellery prices were great, but I got express postage and it took a week to get to me, definitely disappointed on that seeing as it was a birthday present for my girlfriend

The item looked a lot better in the photos The box it came in looks cheap and gory The join in the gold ring are obvious and maybe a bit rough ?

Requesting 2 reviews on the same day for the one purchase is a bit annoying. I have given the same rating for the earrings that I ordered online, as the Aquamarine gemstones look nothing like the pictured ones. Presentation box was also average.

Disappointed that my $500 gold bangle was sent to someone else and I received a $35 sterling silver pendant trying to talk to staff was impossible they didn’t get that they had put my item in someone else’s order had to go in to store to rectify the problem and was given my item will only do click and collect now

Needed to return item due to type of clasp on anklet was unable to get over foot. Waiting on acceptance of the return as tried to return to a store and was advised it needed to be sent back to head office in South Australia

I’d like to rate this higher as the jewellery I received is beautiful but the experience I had with customer service is nothing less than atrocious. They were insanely unhelpful and then just stopped replying. Paid for express and didn’t arrive for over a week.
