I ordered and paid for 5 pairs of earrings on 29/6/24. Only received 3 pairs in mid August. Still trying to contact customer service but no response to phone calls or emails.

Jewellery prices were great, but I got express postage and it took a week to get to me, definitely disappointed on that seeing as it was a birthday present for my girlfriend

The item looked a lot better in the photos The box it came in looks cheap and gory The join in the gold ring are obvious and maybe a bit rough ?

Good service and payment processing but the stones are so much darker than available in the online store, so I’m rather disappointed

Requesting 2 reviews on the same day for the one purchase is a bit annoying. I have given the same rating for the earrings that I ordered online, as the Aquamarine gemstones look nothing like the pictured ones. Presentation box was also average.

Disappointed that my $500 gold bangle was sent to someone else and I received a $35 sterling silver pendant trying to talk to staff was impossible they didn’t get that they had put my item in someone else’s order had to go in to store to rectify the problem and was given my item will only do click and collect now

Needed to return item due to type of clasp on anklet was unable to get over foot. Waiting on acceptance of the return as tried to return to a store and was advised it needed to be sent back to head office in South Australia

I’d like to rate this higher as the jewellery I received is beautiful but the experience I had with customer service is nothing less than atrocious. They were insanely unhelpful and then just stopped replying. Paid for express and didn’t arrive for over a week.

Buying online was easy and postage was fast. The Item bought appeared to be much larger than the actual size (pendant) received. Unfortunately, item was returned and still waiting for the refund.

I was not happy that I ordered items on line, and after 3 weeks had to send a email to check on when I would receive my items, only to be told that 1 of the items was unavailable.

I was recently in one of your stores (eastland). Whilst I cannot fault the service from Mandy and Lily I would like to say that I find it extremely frustrating and upsetting that after I was quoted a heavily discounted price on an item and Lily tried to process my sale, it was declined on the instore computer. After SEVERAL calls to head office Lily was told to NOT discount the item as it was online ONLY. I believe this sale SHOULD HAVE been honoured just the same, seeing as I was quoted the discounted price from the instore computer. This incident has given me an ill feeling and I doubt I will have any desire for further purchases with your company. I have spent several days and several hours calling head office trying to speak to somebody about this issue, but I simply cannot get past the answering service. I find all of my experience outside the instore sales ladies very poor and not accommodating at all. It is common practice in the retail industry that if a customer is quoted a certain price, it SHOULD be honoured. The lady in head office wasn’t even aware of the current prices on some of the items instore. If this particular item is an online sale ONLY, THEN it SHOULD NOT have been discounted on the instore computer!!! Since it was, it SHOULD have been honoured. What difference did it make purchasing it online OR instore???? To say it was a waste of 2 hours of my day that day is an understatement!!

Earings purchased were absolutely tiny, and I realised they would be much smaller from looking at pictures on mine. My preference in the future will be to purchase face-to-face from a store.
