They sold me an expensive chain, it broke after a short while due to the type of extension it gives, they initially promise me a refund, then ghost me for months before I start to follow up on the chain, again I'm promised a refund by the manager. then she starts to dodge me when I call with a follow up, head office REFUSE to even speak to me and only offer an exchange like 8 months later and try to blame me for the fault that's in THEIR product due to the very BAD quality that they charge a lot for. BOYCOTT them. Disgusting customer service AND products. Absolutely shameful how they treat loyal customers who purchase from them.
Definitely won't ever step foot and will be telling ALOT of people about this bad experience.
PS they still have my money and chain.
