APPAULING CUSTOMER SERVICE!
My partner brought me the Sterling Silver 0.05 CARAT tw of Diamonds Wave Hinged Bangle for valentines day as a gift. I put it on and it kept popping undone and falling off. Took it into Zamel's and they sent it away to get examined by their jeweler.
They got back to us and said that it had been forced and that we had to pay for it to be repaired ($75). Obviously my partner wasn't able to try it on when he purchased it, they didn't care and were not willing to help in any way. Definitely wont be shopping here ever again.
