When I entered the store there were two workers talking and looking at the computer. I asked about a particular item. They weren't very friendly nor helpful. They told me they didn't have the item but I could buy it on line. I did, the item arrived but it didn't fit properly so I returned to the store to get a refund or exchange. I was told online purchases need to be returned to the online store, they couldn't help me in store at all. Mind you, whenever I've walked past or entered this store there are no other customers. The staff needs better training on customer care. I wouldn't visit this store again.
