I purchased a product online and received confirmation that it had been shipped. The next day, I was contacted by Zamels, who informed me they had sent the wrong item and would send the correct one in the interim. I requested a photo and description of the mistakenly sent item since I might want to buy it as well.
A week later, I received an email reminding me to return the incorrect item. They insisted they wouldn't send my correct order until the wrong one was returned. While I understand their concerns about risk, it became frustrating to get an image of the incorrect parcel, as I didn't want to open it unnecessarily.
After about two weeks, I finally received the wrong item, but it arrived too late for the birthday gift I intended it for. I had to go to the post office to return it, and shortly after, I got an email confirming that my correct parcel had been posted. I still haven’t received my order and am extremely disappointed with Zamels' service. I felt unfairly blamed for the situation, despite it being their error. I also had to purchase a different birthday gift to celebrate the occasion.
