“It took nearly 3 weeks to arrive after purchasing and communication was non existent. I was so looking forward to the new pink and blue hoop earrings that I had purchased, but when they arrived they were the tiniest earrings I'd ever seen. There was no sizing in the details of these earrings and the photo definitely showed them being much larger than they are. So I am extremely disappointed in my purchase.”

“Absolutely loved the staff at the NSW Macarthur shop. I even went online to purchase more stuff but unfortunately that’s where the good review stops! I ordered a few hundred dollars worth of stuff and I am still waiting more than 3 weeks on”

“Terrible. I bought a baby bracelet for my new granddaughter, delivered to her home in Sydney. When it arrived it was tarnished and not in good condition. My daughter took it to a store nearby where the staff were unhelpful and uninterested. Terrible service. Will not be using Zamels again!”

“I was disappointed with the earrings in particular the actual size they where very small. In the photo advertisement they presented larger. More appropriate for adolescents”

“Products themselves are nice. Shipping took 2-3 weeks and items were sent separately. No communication from Zamels, nor was it made known at time of ordering that pieces must not have been in stock.”

“Purchased some items online during their sale, it is the longest fulfilment time I have experienced in over a decade. I received purchases I made from overseas faster than Zamels performed. Not only did it take weeks to even receive contact, but that contact told me that they did not have something in the size that it showed on Internet. Items then arrived over a week after that. Very poor focus on customer.”

“I ordered an earring set for my granddaughter- they came in a velour teddy bear box, the box had big chunks out of it. Unfortunately I live on an island and I am unable to go into a store to return it and I got it for an occasion so I also didn’t have the time to send it back. Extremely disappointed with how the item arrived.”

“I wouldn’t even give one star. Still have not received my item from 21 Dec. you didn’t reply to my emails until I logged a complaint through PayPal. Shocking service will never buy from You again!”

“It’s hard to order online as you can’t see it but the online returns is fantastic as you can get refund. The only issue is the website chat function are not great at responding.”
