“Online Customer Service is Hopeless, never again!!! Run Run Run from Online Sales from Zamels!!! When I asked for something that was supplied normally through a store, told to pay extra!!! And ghosted when I asked for a manager to contact me!!! Don’t waste your money dealing with Zamels!!”

“The online sales are poorly run and do not seem to communicate with the other stores. I was forced to book an appointment to pick up jewellery I'd ordered, which is irritating. Why not just email me when it's in store for me to collect whenever like ever other click and collect service? I took time off work for my "appointment" and the jewellery had neither been sent to the store, nor had it even been ordered for creation! Zero communication to me or the store from online sales about any delay or issue. Finally got the jewellery six weeks later. Waiting wouldn't be an issue if it had been communicated to me. In store staff were helpful and sympathetic. Online staff were eager to find a solution once I got in touch with them about my complaint. it seems they have a very bad system for online ordering and in store pick up. The jewellery is beautiful and seems well made.”

“When the items did eventually arrive 2 pairs of earings were much smaller than I expected. I had to email Zamels to find out where my items were as I had not heard from them once the order was placed. I got a reply saying they had to source some of my order. Well why couldn't I have received an email telling me there was a delay? They also said it was going to be sent express post. Well that was right but it still took a week to get to me. I am appalled at the service and lack of communication and feel there should have been better correspondence from them. Will never buy from them again.”

“Having received a confirmation of my,order and payment I heard nothing for a week.,I sent an email asking for an update and an Aust post label,was raised the same day. Still,with no update. Another 2:weeks went past before a sent another email. Amazingly my order was now with Aust Post and due for delivery wishing 3 days. My disappointment with lack,of communication and the very long delivery times, I would not recommend purchasing from Zamels to anyone.”
