I've bought several items recently to start getting prepared for Christmas. The sales have been amazing being able to get so many gifts on a budget has been so helpful with the cost of living at the moment. The only issue I had was that I didn't realise ordering online meant you didn't get the items in the gift boxes but I sent an email to customer support and was told it would be OK to go to my local Zamels and show proof of purchase and ask for some boxes for the items I need them for so problem solved.
