The first time I used them was fine. The next time not so much. Everything went well during the ordering process and I was notified the order was processed and would arrive by 1/23/23 (the order was placed on 1/11/23). When I tracked the order on 1/20/23 it said it had been delivered to my mailbox on 1/14/23. It never arrived! I've placed a missing package request with the post office which already informed me it may not be possible to locate. I don't believe it was shipped insured so it's possible I won't receive my order and I'm out $175. If you plan to use ZipHealth I would recommend you request insured shipping if available. It may cost you more but not as much as your order being lost and neither ZipHealth nor the USPS having responsibility.
