Normally would be a 4+ or even a 5 but there was confusion on my 2nd order and when I contacted them I got what felt like was the 'brush off' - basically, YOU deal with it and 'correct it'...so, we'll see. My time with Ziphealth may be short lived. They do provide prompt delivery, so there's that.
