Pretty convenient and the first couple of times I received my medication overnighted… But was very disappointed because the last time it took over a week and I wasn’t getting any updates. It was like my order was stuck. My order arrived with the ice packs melted, and they say that it doesn’t affect the medication, but I have a hard time believing that. I live in Florida. Anyway, I will continue to use zip health, unless another issue happens and then I’ll switch. But I’m happy with the medication and the ease of everything.
