I don’t understand why I’m getting a bunch of emails from your company all of the sudden after the recent bad experience. I placed an order for two albuteral inhalers. The inhalers that came were not the usual decent quality ones that are shown in the picture and the same ones that I have received in the past from your company. Instead, two very poor quality inhalers came that did not function properly. I was offered the choice of replacements or a refund and I selected the replacements. I did not get replacements, I was given a refund. Your customer service person was of no help whatsoever and she has to be the worst customer service person ever. I am extremely dissatisfied with Ziphealth and if you sold what you show in the picture, and had a customer service person that wasn’t a complete idiot, I would have what I bought and wouldn’t have to waste my time doing this again. I have not received what I ordered.
