What really upsets me is that I have been a customer with you for quite awhile. I have a subscription, however, you also still send me purchasing advertisement to get so many % off on my next order, but I can't apply that discounted rate to my current subscription. How is fair? It's actually very annoying to continue to receive all the emails that you send talking about specials and discounts that I can't even use. My email flooded daily with this, so explain to me how I should feel as a consumer?
