Hi, we purchased this Hollywood mirror for our daughters 21st!! Delivery was delayed so it didn’t reach our daughter for her actual 21st - but this was understandable given the Covid-19 circumstances. The Australian representative (Heidi) was fantastic and kept us well informed all the way through the order and delivery stages. Unfortunately one of the bulbs didn’t work and no spares came with the delivery but when we mentioned this to Heidi she quickly rectified the situation apologising and sending out multiple replacement bulbs, which we really appreciated! It now sits proudly in all its lit glory on the dressing table - thank you - awesome service !!
