I’d give it 4/5 stars. So far customer service has been excellent. Only real criticism is ease of use - seems like every time I buy bitcoin I have to sign a document electronically.
Often I’ll get emails asking me if I had duplicate orders - which I appreciate but I specifically mentioned I’d like to bypass these emails and I still get them. I understand it’s for security purposes and has good intentions, but it’s just not smooth/quick like other apps I’ve used. Still going to use Xcoins though
