I received my first Xeric watch, a Halograph II Automatic, and was very happy with the design and build quality! Despite this, I found a manufacturing defect (scratch) on the dial under the glass. Of course, these things happen and Xeric was happy to send me a replacement. They even honored the free travel case deal after I forgot to add it to my cart in the original order. The service and the watches are great! I will be back to grow my watch collection with Xeric. Thank you!
