“The true measure of a company is how they handle a problem. I purchased a Xeric watch that was not what I thought it would be when it arrived, mostly due to my aging eyes. I went to the return/refund section of the website, followed directions, sent it off, and received my refund promptly. I know own another Xeric that fills my needs. Great folks to deal with.”
