“Xeric has some very unique watches. I purchased it as a gift. They loved it. The only issue I had was I paid for expedited shipping but the watch didn't ship for a couple of days and arrived after the special occaison.”

“I bought the Retronaut and the experience was great. The only thing I would suggest is a better fitton bracelet because the one that comes with the watch has a gap between the strap and the watch itself that does not fit the way a $1200 watch and strap should fit. It looks like the strap is not part of the watch design.”

“Disappointing. The lume is dismal. It is primarily visible with the little blue light included in the box. Who wants to carry around a little light? The movement ticks backward every few minutes. To top it off, the watch I received has a tiny fleck of debris under the glass. It's tiny but it is hugely annoying. You can do better for the price. Also be aware that these guys only publish biased reviews in their favor-this will not likely be seen.”

“The most disappointing company I have ever had to deal with. They simply refuse to take any responsibility for the delivery of a parcel to me. Their customer service team are unhelpful, cold and show no regard for you as a customer. You just don’t matter. The attitude is thanks for the money we don’t care your parcel never arrived and by the way it’s your tough luck the address was incorrect ( never mind I corrected it twice with the courier who then failed to deliver it and then deemed it lost). Xeric says no refund and no replacement!”

Hello David, Thank you for your review. When you reached out to our team, you indicated that you put the wrong shipping address on your order. This was after the order had shipped and reached the UK. Please note that our customer service staff did advise you to reach out to the carrier multiple times, and provided advice on how to receive the item. They can always hold the shipment for pickup option. If they are not able to deliver to the address, they can advise you on the next steps when it reaches your country. If the shipment is lost due to the address error, insurance does not cover the shipment. So please make sure to confirm the correct address during the checkout process.
