“Xeric watch is really one of a kind. It's well made and stylish. My only comment is that I wished they made it a little heavier. Customer service was great too because I missed out on the promo code and they actually refunded me that amount! Can't get any better than that!”

“I am a professional Firefighter and co-owner of Rescue Retriever LLc. I only wear Xeric and have 3 of them, the quality and movement in each piece gives it personality and catches the eye of many people I meet while I wear them. They always ask "what kind of watch is that", The movement of the internal gears is what catches their attention. I always name your brand and it sparks conversations as if the watch itself is the "icebreaker"”

“I love the watch. Although I must admit to being somewhat confused over the use of the word "Automatic" in the description of how the watch is powered. I didn't know that "Automatic" actually meant you have to wind it and wear it almost daily to keep it powered and running. I have a couple of watches that are powered in such manner but they seem more accurately described as "mechanical", meaning they need frequent wearing to stay powered up after manual winding. That, friends is the difference between 4 and 5 stars! Cheers!”

“The watch is amazing. The order experience … not so much. I preordered a watch in August with an expected shipment for November. November rolled around and I was excited. Nothing came. I understand logistic issues, delays, etc. Especially around Black Friday, but nothing came. Not a watch. Not even an email to let me know how things were going. Not even some sort of explanation/expected delivery update. Early December rolled around and I emailed customer service for an updated ETA. The answer was that it should come that week or the next and then parcels would be shipped. Waited two weeks. Still nothing. Emailed again to be told the same thing. Merchandise would arrive soon, and then be shipped. Nothing addressing the past email with the same response. When I pointed it out and asked to possibly change my order the answer came positive but extremely dry. Overall no real apology, empathy, or even understanding. The tone and experience made me feel a bit like I was an annoyance to have an update for an order with several weeks delay on the original ETA. In the end I was so busy I didn’t change my order and was lucky enough that my watch arrived on Christmas Eve. I work in CX and understand that lots of things are out of Customer Service’s hands but this is a situation that, if addressed properly, can make a customer loyal for life. Sadly … they failed spectacularly.”

“I've purchased two watches including the Vandetta II in yellow and the retro jump hr in grey. Both these time pieces are stunning. The finish and quality is beautiful, very comfortable on the wrist and eye catching. Amazing value in both watches, excited to see what's next from Zeric. Highly recommend these guys as I don't think there's any other brands that you'll get such a quality watch in this price line. Incredible and unique.”
