“I’ve tried the lower and higher tier mystery box watches and have been pleasantly surprised by both of the watches I received. They are very transparent about the potential conditions of watches sent out in these programs, so set expectations accordingly. The quartz ($180 mystery box) watch I received was the Trappist-1 Moonphase. It came with some very minor scratches on the back but otherwise was in great condition. MSRP is ~$270 new which I was happy with the +\-$90 savings for the minor defect. The automatic watch I received ($300 box) was the Halograph II Deep Purple which is a stunning watch in person. This one was received with no visible defects or blemishes and was the style of watch (Halograph) I was secretly hoping for with this purchase. MSRP is ~$375 so approx. $75 savings on this one. I love Xeric’s unique style and will be back for another mystery box until I’m ready to pull the trigger on a wandering hour!”

“Got my Halograph Tourbillon earlier this week. Came in a solid packing, and in great condition. What a beautiful looking watch! The look, the functionality, the open heart - all guaranteed to wow. The only part that could have been better is the manual winding - I am always afraid of winding too much and damaging the mechanism. Overall, will i buy from Xeric again? Heck yes!”

“The Halograph is one of the coolest watches I own. It never fails to be a conversation starter when people see it. It’s a great watch in function also. Only thing I’d change about it is the 24HR subdial but that seems to be a thing common to most quartz based chronographs.”

“As always, Xerics light shines bright. I purchased a NASA Artemis Chrono Afterburn Limited Edition and it is every bit as stunning as the pictures show plus the workmanship looks perfect. Then again all of my Xeric watches fit that description. Xeric always seems to come up with watches that I can't resist, especialy considering the value per dollar.”

“The crystal is scratched/scuffed after 1 wear with long sleeves. The watch will be unwearable in the summer. Super disappointed- it was a 10th anniversary gift for my husband and one he’s been waiting for for years.”

“I loved the watch. I bought the mystery box, got an Holograph II purple. I loved it, good quality. May be I am biased cause it is my first automatic, but I love the watch! The strap leather is good, it feels firm. I will update this post in the future.”

“Excellent watch. Looks good in person and the tourbillon functions well. I did receive a loose strap initially but Xeric was able to send a replacement strap immediately. The only reason this deserves 4 stars is because, for this price, the number dials should have lume on them, not just the hands. It makes it useless to see the time at night. Fix this Xeric and you will have a 5 star watch.”

“I love Xeric watches, I currently own three! My latest, the Voyager Automatic is beautiful and amazing. I also love NASA, and this one has an actual meteor for the dial, that is so cool. They're all great watches, and each one keeps getting better. I will definitely add more to my collection in the future!”

“I'm very happy with my new Halograph Tourbillon watch, it looks really nice. If I were to nitpick something, the strap looks a bit plain, but I suppose I could do something about that if it bothered me. It keeps good time, haven't noticed any drift yet.”
